Glow Atelier provides:

• Professional makeup services
• Nail services
• Aesthetic and laser treatments
• Beauty product sales (including Mooiste Meisie)

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Appointments are confirmed upon successful booking and/or payment.
• Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.
• Glow Atelier reserves the right to refuse service where necessary.

• A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Full payment may be required before or on the day of service.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

• Consultations may be offered free of charge.
• Advice given is professional but results may vary per individual.

Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Clients must disclose:

• Allergies
• Skin conditions
• Medical conditions

Glow Atelier is not liable for adverse reactions if relevant information is withheld.

• Some treatments require a prior consultation.
• Multiple sessions may be needed for optimal results.
• Clients consent to treatment at their own risk after being fully informed.

• Products are sold subject to availability.
• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability.

• Delivery is handled by third-party couriers.
• Glow Atelier is not responsible for delays once a parcel has been dispatched.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Customers have the right to return faulty or defective products within 6 months (CPA Section 56).
• Products must be unused and in original condition unless defective.

No returns on:

• Opened cosmetics
• Used products (for hygiene reasons)

Glow Atelier is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Misuse of products
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

All content including branding, images, and text belongs to Glow Atelier and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Glow Atelier reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Returns are accepted if:

• Product is defective
• Product is damaged on arrival
• Incorrect product received

Due to hygiene, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened makeup products
• Used items
• Nail products once opened

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you may return defective goods within 6 months and choose between:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Provide proof of purchase.
• Send a video of opening the package showing the damage.
• Provide photographs of any damage.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

• By booking, you agree to our terms and conditions.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients must disclose prior to any treatment:

• Skin conditions
• Allergies
• Current medications

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by our team to maintain results and avoid complications.

We aim for full client satisfaction. However, results are not guaranteed as outcomes vary per individual, skin type, and lifestyle.
